After all the last-minute Christmas shopping, are you feeling a bit Grinch-y? That Greenville traffic is enough to wipe out all of your peace on earth and good will toward men, right?

One sip of Grinch Hot Vanilla Milk is sure to get you back in the holiday spirit.

For a single serving, you need:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 teaspoons sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (to taste)
  • Green food coloring (or  yellow and blue food colorings)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Red Sprinkles

Place milk in sauce pan. Add sugar and vanilla to taste. Stir until the sugar and vanilla are mixed. Add a drop of green food coloring (or a drop of yellow food coloring and a tiny bit of blue food coloring) to tint the milk a light green color.

Heat on a low setting until the mixture is hot, stirring occasionally to keep a film from forming on top of the milk.

Pour into a coffee mug. Top with whipped cream and red sprinkles to represent the Grinch's heart that was two sizes too small.
